AFTER 4 MONTHS :)

Hello there people!

How have you been? Good? Not good? Hopefully everything is fine.

I would like to share with you guys about my progress of wearing PB after 4 months of wearing it. I did an entry before about my progress of about 3 months wearing PB

bust : no change ( in due time hopefully )
underbust : 97 to 95 ( 2 cm )
waist : 95 to 93 ( 2 cm )
hips : 124 to 120 ( 4 cm ) [ I like! :) ]

Now After 4 months

bust : again no change ( awat la liat sgt nak turun nie? =p )

underbust : 95 to 93 ( 2 cm )

waist : 93 to 92 ( 1 cm )

hips : 120 - no change =(

Honestly people, I have been eating like a 'naga' dan mempunyai nafsu mkn like a kuda lately. But even with bad eating habit ( which I do eat in small portion but too frequent, not because I was hungry, but I wanted to munch ), I still manage to lose a bit of cm due to wearing the corset consistently. This has to stop. I have a plan, will post bout it soon :).

But people, don't get the wrong idea please. PB helps but logically if you eat more you will gain weight. PB works as a booster for reducing weight. PIKOM CHARITY RUN 2011

Today I finished the PIKOM CHARITY RUN 2011 by jogging and walking on and off :) the distance was 6.3km. I was encouraged by my bestfriend to enter it and I didnt regret it! I had fun! The feeling when u reached the finishing line couldn't be describe!

My objective is to finish the run by any means, if I can't run, I'll walk. If I can't walk, I'll Bergolek! ;)p
By any means, I must reach the finishing line!

The run started at 7.30am and the qualifying time for 16-39 years old women category is 100 mins ( if im not mistaken ). According to my friend, I did it in about 50 mins! Yeay!

Yes, people normally complete the run in about 20-30 mins, but oh well, this is my first time, and I think I'm not that bad :)

Why am i telling this to you guys?
Before, I have no confidence at all to enter such run. I was afraid that I wont be able to cope with the tiredness. But since wearing PB and I managed to reduce some weight, I have the energy to finish it. Love this new found spirit! I'm now more burn up to wear PB dutifully and can't wait for the results.

3 MONTHS WITH PB

Yes, it's been more or less 3 months I have been wearing premium beautiful. I started wearing it on the 26/07/2011 and since then, Fasting and Raya (OMG...the food!!!) I've lost only 2kgs, but the inches that I've lost is quite significant.

What Ive been doing all this 3 months to get such result? Apart from wearing PB, the fasting month helped but was neutralize by the celebration month, basically I've done nothing other than the ordinary than my normal acivities.

What PB had done for me :

1. when wearing it, I couldn't eat much but I didnt skip meal. I still eat but i notice that I could only take small portion. I was full quite easily. Hence, with or without wearing PB, I'm taking my food in smaller quantity.

2. In the second month, I moved from the 1st hook to the second one. It did good to my waist and underbust. I have this spare tyre before and now, it's reducing. Yeay!

3. My hips! before i couldn't even fit into the skinny jeans in dorothy perkins ( size 18 is the biggest ) but now I can and i love it! Hopefully i can fit into one size smaller soon :)

How to Measure Yourself

For those of you who are not in KL & Selangor and are interested to purchase PB, don't worry. I can ship your corset order Free of Charge!

All you need to do is measure yourself, give your measurements to me & I will ship your corset to your house directly. I will also advise via e-mail or call on how to wear PB once you've received your corset. Yup, I will provide full personal service as usual!

If you're really keen on consulting me face to face, I can even drive down to your place to explain personally about PB & this business. :)

Below are the step by step on how to measure yourself. There are 4 areas that you need to measure; bust, underbust, waist, hips.

1.BUST - Measure the fullest part of your breast (puncak dada) as shown

2. UNDERBUST - Measure below your breasts area

3. WAIST- To know exactly where's your waist, it should be parallel to your elbow (lipatan siku)

4. HIPS - Measure the fullest part of your bottom.

All measurements must be in centimeters. Make sure the measurements are not too tight or too loose. It has to be fit.

After you've advise me your full measurements,I will get the best size corset based on your measurements.

That's all folks. Easy right?

Care instruction for PB

Here's the step by step on how to wash your PB:

1. Wash your corset lightly under running water.
2. Fill up your pail with 3/4 water. Then, put few drops of liquid detergent (PB Wash, Softlan, etc)
3. Soak it for a few minutes.
4. Squeeze gently & hang it in the toilet to get rid of excess water.
5. Dry them in airconditioned room or under a fan. It will dry up in 2-3 hours.

The Don'ts:
1. Don't wash it using washing machine. Strictly hand wash.
2. Do not dry them under direct sun as it may cause damages.
3. Squueze (perah) your corset lightly.

It is advisable to wash your corset everyday or at least once in 2 days for hygienic purposes.

How to Wear PB?

Easy as 1,2,3...Seriously!

When I first started to wear PB, I admit, its tough! Because the corset is new and not yet adjust to our body. But once you get used to it, it will take only 5-10mins to wear it!

PB has 3 parts; Long Bra, Waist Nipper & Long Girdle. You can wear any part first as you feel comfortable. For me personally, I would wear the Long Bra, followed by Waist Nipper and lastly, Long Girdle.

Let me teach you how to wear it one by one:

Long Bra

Method A:
1. Bend your body 90 degrees downwards.
2. Hook up the bra at the back.
3. Pull all excess fats from the back & push it to the front. This is to ensure that all your excess is safely in the corset.
4. Adjust the bra strap according to your comfort.
5. Adjust the long bra to ensure it is not folded and nicely worn for maximum comfort.

Method B:
If you can't reach to your back to hook up the bra, you can wear it like you normally wear your ordinary bra. Hook it at the front first then turn it to the back. To do this, you would need to wear towel/kain batik first, so that its easier to move it to the back.
Personal view: When you 1st start to wear Long Bra, you would feel like your bust is extra enhanced, as if you're wearing a push up bra. For busty ladies (like me), don't worry, after a while you would get used to the corset and you won't feel & look too 'mendada' anymore ;)

Long Girdle

1. Fold the bottom & waist part of your girdle to make it easier to wear.
2. You may need to 'dance' a little and pull it up,like normal panties.
3. Once you're comfortable, use your hand to push your butt up from the inside.
4. Adjust the long girdle for maximum comfort.

Personal view: To me,when I 1st start to wear PB, Long Girdle is the hardest part of all cause it is tight and will stuck at your buttocks. But now, I can wear my Long Girdle just like normal pants. Yeay! ;)

Waist Nipper

1. Wrap the Waist Nipper round your waist, below the under wire of your Long Bra.
2. Hook it up.
3. Adjust its position. The hooks must be on the side and the 'butterfly' part must be position nicely, in line with your back spine.
4. Pull the adjustable hook-rope to make it tighter and hook it up to front.

Personal view: This is the easiest part of the corset to wear. At first, I wear the last hook and I can't even hook up the adjustable rope to the front. But now, not anymore! If you wear this the wrong way, you may feel hard to sit down like something is poking your stomach. What you can do is always trial & error and adjust the position. After a while, you'll find your comfort zone, just like I did. :)

For maximum results, you only need to wear PB for 8 hours a day. Remember to drink lots & lots of water. Personally, I only wear PB during office hours and not even a month, I can already see amazing results! Fast results & affordable, who wouldn't like right?

And PB Is unlike any other corset, you won't feel constrained or anything when wearing it. You can still bend down, stretch, spread your legs, run, sit, lie down without feeling anything at all! Yes, it is THAT comfortable!

What is the material used to create the FIR fibre?

The FIR fiber in Premium Beautiful corset is specially made from a very precious gem, TOURMALINE.Tourmaline is a mineral crystal which has been proven to emit natural far infrared (FIR) rays.

Research shows that Tourmaline promotes animal and plant metabolism.

My Aim in my life :

1. To be able to support my family thru thick and thin

Most of us, our parents are still healthy and they can be there when we needed them, but up till what extend? It got me thinking that, what will happened when they are gone? What will happened when my kids needs me? My siblings? My relative? You might not now when it will be your time that u need help from others. Hence, I would want to be able to support them in any terms, financial, moral support or by any means. Crucially, to be there when they needed me.


2. To be healthy and live life to the fullest!

Being an obese child is not good. It harms you mentally and eats your soul. These words might be too much, but it describes how i felt all this year. I can't do sport because I was too slow to catch the ball or they just don't want a fatso in the group. You know how people can be superficial. But Alhamdullilah, I have a very supportive parents who let me do anything that I love. With their trust, I became to start trusting myself. My friends have been nothing but awesome, and very supportive of me. But I now in my heart, I have to change myself. Hence, I'm taking a step to transform myself for the better and I hope people will get inspired and get going to become the better them.

3. To become an enterprenuer

Undeniably people, if you want to succeed, one of the way is to have your own bussiness. Agree? Isnt it thrilling to see what you have worked for soar up the sky and when you look up, your heart soars with it? Yes, I am woring full time, but its not enough. Not enough to achieve this big ambition of mine. No No No...NOT ENOUGH. Hence, I have came out from my comfort zone and venture to do something other than my normal makan gaji job.

If ask anyone who knows me, they know that I am against unconventional business. By unconventional I mean, MLM.
